Carlos Amavizca is happily welcomed back to the Winchester Woodfire Grill.  He has brought back his amazing kitchen skills and culinary expertise.  Since his return, the Winchester Guests have experienced some of the most innovative and delicious creations ever to come from our kitchen.  Carlos meets and exceeds every standard we have here.  The Winchester Woodfire Grill is happy to renew our relationship with Carlos, his wife April, and new baby Chloe.

Ali Glosson, a 2004 graduate from The College of Charleston, achieved a bachelor's degree in Communications with an emphasis in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Ali began at the Winchester shortly after her graduation and has worked her way up to this esteemed position. Her high energy level is evident in her ever present smile, and she has been known to dance behind the bar, much to the amusement of our guests.
